He has done his BS in Mathematics from Saint Charles University, Aix Marseille in 1986, his Master in Computer Science from Pierre & Marie Curie University (Paris VI) in 1988, his Master, Lao language, INaLCO, Paris in 1998 and finally his PhD in Computer Science from Uniersity Joseph Fourier (Grenoble I) in 2004. he currently teaching courses on NLP and Lao (an Southeast Asian language) grammar in INaLCO, Paris. He ia also an associate researcher with GETALP-LIG, University of Grenoble I, Grenoble and is working on Machine Translation.
